Build the infrastructure for AI insurance
Marrow is the compliant middleware layer between AI agents and insurers. We're a small team solving a hard, real problem - and we're looking for people who want to ship fast in a regulated world.
See who we're looking forAI is changing how people interact with insurance
Millions of people ask ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity about insurance every day. But there's nothing in place to make sure those conversations are accurate, compliant, or connected to real insurers.
We're building that infrastructure. Marrow provides the rich, compliant infrastructure that allows AI agents to quote, compare, and interact with insurance across products and channels.
Backed by Founders Factory, working with leading UK insurers, and growing fast. This is a ground-floor opportunity to define how AI distributes insurance.
Our principles
Everyone says it, but this is actually how we think about our work.
Ship fast, safely
We move quickly but never cut corners on correctness. Insurance is a complex, deeply regulated industry - and we respect that by setting ourselves enterprise-level standards.
Build for scale
We solve problems at the system level. If something can be enforced by design, it should be - we don't rely on policy.
Default to transparency
We write things down, share context early, and explain our reasoning. Async-first, open and frequent communication is how we get things done.
Low ego, big intent
We're deeply ambitious and committed to what we do, but never at the expense of being decent people.
What we offer
We're very early stage, so we won't pretend we've got every perk under the sun. But if working on difficult problems with decent, smart people - and owning a decent stake of the company for it - sounds good to you, we've got a lot to offer.
Meaningful equity
Early-stage options with real upside. At our stage, real skin in the game is a must.
Remote flexibility
London-based but async-first. We care about output, not where you open your laptop.
Learning budget
Conferences, courses, books - whatever makes you better at your craft.
Founders Factory network
Access to one of Europe's leading venture studios, its portfolio, and its investor network.
Direct impact
Small team, no layers. Your decisions ship. You'll see the effect of your work immediately.
Hard problem, real market
We're not building another dashboard. This is infrastructure that doesn't exist yet.
Who we're looking for
There are three kinds of people we'd especially like to meet at the moment, but if you're somewhere in between, or you think we've missed someone, we'd still like to hear from you.
An engineer who wants to own the core of the product.
You've built serious backend infrastructure, you think about security and auditability as you design, and you'd rather define what a company's technically capable of than build someone else's architecture.
An engineer who's as at home with an insurer as in a terminal.
You know how carriers and MGAs think, you're fluent with agentic tooling, and you like being the one who makes the platform work inside a real insurer's systems, then telling the team what it needs next.
A commercial operator who knows how insurance gets bought.
You've closed regulated deals, you can demo an AI product to a room of technical sceptics and be taken seriously, and you'll tell us straight when the product isn't good enough yet.
